Here are answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

How long can I use my sandbox account?

You are welcome to use your demo site until we need to perform maintenance and delete it. Generally, any account without 30 days of activity will be deleted.

How do I provide feedback about Event Espresso?

You can reply to your welcome email for your demo site to start a conversation with a team member. You can also reach a team member at Event Espresso through our contact page.

Are there use cases where Event Espresso is not a good fit?

Event Espresso is not a good fit for creating an event marketplace (e.g. Ticketmaster or Eventbrite).

What plugins and add-ons are installed?

Your demo site account is automatically configured with the following plugins:

Add-ons Not Installed:

You will not have access to upload themes or plugins to your sandbox.

What themes are installed?

Your sandbox account is automatically configured with the Twenty Sixteen theme. We have also provided a many other popular themes for evaluating Event Espresso. You will not have access to upload themes to your sandbox account. You can request additional themes to be installed by contacting the Event Espresso sales department. We do not guarantee that any request for additional themes to be added will be granted.

Why does all the email arrive from demo@eventespresso.com

If you send email using a free email address like AOL, Yahoo, etc. they may block your email as spam because the email was from our servers not theirs. You cannot change the sending email address on demoee.org, but you can change it in Event Espresso when you install it on your own website. Read more.
